In 1952, Neal T. Baker opened a small hamburger stand in San Bernardino. What followed was thoughtful innovation.

Today, Baker’s operates 38 locations with more than 10,000 employees. Many of those team members have been with us for decades, a testament to the culture and systems behind the brand. This history is the foundation of how we operate today.
